Georg Fischer Signet Files Closure Notice Covering 107 Workers in Baldwin Park

Georg Fischer Signet has filed notice of a temporary closure affecting 107 workers at 5462 North Irwindale Avenue in Baldwin Park, according to the state’s list of WARN notices. California’s Employment Development Department processed the notice on Oct. 22.

The notice is dated Oct. 22 and lists Dec. 21 as the effective date. The state lists the employer’s industry as manufacturing.

Georg Fischer Signet has filed 2 earlier WARN notices for L.A. County sites since July 2024; the most recent, processed on Oct. 15, 2025, covered 100 workers.
