UFC Returns to Crypto.com Arena Saturday. Here's How to Watch.

The UFC returns to Crypto.com Arena on Saturday, September 19, 2026, for the first time in eight years. The main card starts at 6 p.m. PDT on Paramount+, the Los Angeles Times reported. Preliminary bouts run from 2:30 p.m. on UFC Fight Pass and Paramount+.

If you're spending a Saturday on this — the drive downtown, or just the evening — the start time is the part to get right. The two fighters California spent the day searching for aren't on the main card at all.

Marlon Vera drew more than 1,000 searches in the state on Saturday, per Google Trends. Tai Tuivasa cleared 500 in the same data. That's who got typed into a box, not who sold a ticket, and both of them fight on the prelims. Vera (23-12), who's trained for years in Southern California, meets Charles Jourdain (18-1-1). Tuivasa faces Robelis Despaigne. Sit down at 6 and you've missed them.

What sits on top is a rematch built on 26 seconds. Joshua Van (17-2) and Alexandre Pantoja (30-6) first met in December 2025. The fight ended almost immediately when Pantoja landed badly after a knockdown and hurt his arm, the Times reported, and the referee waved it off with the flyweight belt going to Van.

The card is selling Saturday as the night that question gets answered. I don't think it is. Van answered it last May against Tatsuro Taira, a long fight he finished in the final round, and a title defense that goes deep and still ends in a stoppage is harder evidence than any rematch can produce in one night.

The strongest argument against that: Pantoja is the one man Van never actually beat, and until he does, the December result is a medical report, not a win. Fair. But Pantoja hasn't competed since that arm injury, and a layoff of nine months is its own variable — whatever happens Saturday, somebody gets to say the other guy wasn't himself.

The cleaner fight is underneath it. Arman Tsarukyan (23-3) arrives on a five-fight win streak. The run covers Dan Hooker, Charles Oliveira, Beneil Dariush, Joaquim Silva and Damir Ismagulov. Mauricio Ruffy is 14-2, and nine of his last 10 went his way. Two men in form, no injury asterisk on either.

The last UFC card in this building was UFC 227, on August 4, 2018. T.J. Dillashaw knocked out Cody Garbrandt in the first round for the bantamweight title. Eight years later the downtown main event is again a title fight with a short, unsatisfying first chapter behind it.

One name is missing. Brian Ortega was booked to fight in his own city and came off the card with an injury, per the Times. His opponent, Renato Moicano, now faces Tom Nolan on October 31 at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.
