Three L.A. Happy Hours Say "$2 Off." The Rest Post A Price.

At Fig in Santa Monica the entire menu runs half price, but only from 5 to 6 p.m.

Three of the bars on The Infatuation's guide to the best happy hour deals in LA price their deal as $2 off a drink. None of the three says what that drink costs at 8 p.m. They're Bamboo Club in Long Beach, Bacari W. 3rd in West Hollywood and Idle Hour in North Hollywood. The guide was updated September 18, 2026.

That gap shows up on the sidewalk at 5:15, when you're picking between two bars with one round's worth of money. A flat price you can plan around. Two dollars off an unstated base is a number you can't use until the check lands.

Idle Hour, at 4824 Vineland Ave. in North Hollywood, does it both ways at once. Cocktails and wines are $8, and all beers are $2 off. The window runs 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday through Friday. On Saturday it opens at 1 p.m.

Most of the list is friendlier.

More than a dozen entries name the number you'll actually hand over.

• Dante Beverly Hills, 225 N. Canon Dr. Select martinis are $10. Daily, 3 to 5 p.m., on the ninth floor of the Maybourne hotel.
• La Cuevita, 5922 N. Figueroa St. in Highland Park. Select cocktails are $7, daily from open until 8 p.m.
• The Normandie Club, 605 S. Normandie Ave. in Koreatown. Bartender's choice is $7 and an old fashioned is $12. Daily, 6 to 8 p.m.
• Tabula Rasa, 5125 Hollywood Blvd. in Thai Town. House wine is $9, beer $6. Daily, 4 to 6 p.m.
• Everson Royce Bar, 1936 E. 7th St. in the Arts District. Cocktails are $11 and wine is $9. Beer runs $6 to $7. The window is 4 to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.

The deepest cut is also the shortest

Fig, the restaurant inside the Fairmont Miramar at 101 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica, takes half off all food and drinks during a window it bills as Fig at 5, Tuesday through Saturday. The whole menu qualifies, not a short list of bar snacks, which is why The Infatuation rates it among the Westside's best. The window is sixty minutes wide, 5 to 6 p.m.

Uchi, at 9001 Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood, runs a similar sprint with a bigger ticket. It's a two-person happy hour omakase, nine courses, $60 a person. Cocktails alongside are $10. The window is 5 to 6:30 p.m., daily.

Coucou Weho sits a few blocks east at 9045 Santa Monica Blvd. Any three items, cocktails or dishes, come to $33. That's daily, 5 to 6 p.m.

Hojokban in the Arts District holds its window Monday through Thursday, 5 to 7 p.m. Bottles of soju and makgeolli are $10, and appetizers are $10 as well. The short rib cheeseburger is served in those two hours only.

Time, not price, is what a couple of these places are really selling. The Waterfront at 205 Ocean Front Walk in Venice runs buy-one-get-one cocktails on weekdays, 3 to 7 p.m. That's four hours of it. Pacific Catch, Madre and Bamboo Club all start theirs at 3 p.m. on weekdays too.

If you want the long window rather than the deepest discount, go to Red Lion Tavern at 2366 Glendale Blvd. in Silver Lake. It runs noon to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a quarter off draft beer and wine. Bratwurst hot dogs and pretzels are $9 each.
