Seven L.A. County Restaurants Filed for Liquor Licenses, All Transfers
Homestate, Bacari and Made By Meg led the South Bay filings, and all three asked for caterer permits too.

A mariscos restaurant on San Fernando Road wants to serve beer, wine and spirits, and the company on its application is called 3G/S Sushi, Inc.
Dirty Diabla Mariscos is one of seven L.A. County restaurants on the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control's daily reports of new applications from Monday through Wednesday. All eight of their filings take over or move a license that already exists. ABC's codes for that are PER, "person to person," and PRM, "premise to premise." Every one is still pending, and filed isn't open: applications can be protested, withdrawn or denied.
San Fernando Valley. Dirty Diabla, at 1245 San Fernando Road in San Fernando, filed Monday for a type 47 license. That's On-Sale General — Eating Place, ABC's term for beer, wine and spirits at a restaurant. ABC's record marks it both person to person and premise to premise, which means it's taking over license 47-611789.
South Bay. The South Bay had three filings. All three are type 47, and all three include a type 58 caterer permit. Bacari Manhattan Beach, at 451 Manhattan Beach Blvd., Suite B110, filed Wednesday as Bacari MB LLC for a person-to-person transfer. ABC's report lists the license's original issue date as Nov. 23, 2005.
Homestate, at 820 S. Pacific Coast Highway, Suite A112, in El Segundo, filed Monday as Homestate El Segundo LLC. The record shows a person-to-person transfer of license 47-671189.
Made By Meg, at 796 Via Del Monte in Palos Verdes Estates, filed Monday as MBM Hospitality, Inc. It's the only South Bay filing that's a move alone: ABC's record lists it as premise to premise, bringing license 47-610225 to that address.
Westside. Fratelli Cafe, at 552 Washington Blvd. in Marina del Rey, filed twice in two days. On Monday, a type 41 application went in under the name Fratelli Cafe Too, number 683352, coded person to person and premise to premise. Type 41 is On-Sale Beer & Wine — Eating Place, which covers beer and wine at a restaurant.
On Tuesday, a second type 41 application, 683393, went in under the name Fratelli Cafe, with Fratelli Cafe Too LLC as the licensee. It's coded PRM/FID, "fiduciary" in ABC's glossary, and it takes over license 41-481645. ABC's lookup now finds no record for the first number, and neither record says why.
Elsewhere in the city. For Farzie LLC, at 904 N. Sycamore Ave. in Los Angeles, filed Wednesday for a person-to-person type 47 transfer. ABC's report lists the license's original issue date as Dec. 19, 2018.
Harbor Area. Happy Diner, at 380 W. 6th St. in San Pedro, filed Monday for a person-to-person type 41 transfer, according to ABC's record. The address also has a City business registration for a full-service restaurant called Happy Diner #1, which first appeared in the City's file Wednesday. The two records share an address, but neither says they're the same project. The City's registration has a start date of Nov. 1. ABC's status still says pending.
