Dirty Latte Co.'s Ube Leche Now Has a Café in Santa Monica
The cart-turned-café fills 800 square feet of a Water Garden office lobby on 26th Street, open weekdays 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The coffee cart that won over a Santa Monica office park has moved indoors. Dirty Latte Co. has opened its first brick-and-mortar café, 800 square feet in the 26th Street lobby of the Water Garden office campus, What Now Los Angeles reported Friday.
Founder Guy Blanco launched the cart in 2022 with drinks built on the flavors he grew up with, and within about a month he'd parked it at Water Garden. The Ube Leche is the signature, What Now reported, and matcha has become a big part of the menu. The café keeps office hours, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1620 26th St.
The campus wanted it there. CBRE's Bess Wyrick, Water Garden's marketing director, called Dirty Latte the campus's only dedicated coffee concept, and Blanco gave the tenants who bought from the cart the credit. "Water Garden has always felt like home to us," he said in a statement, according to What Now.
