The West Hollywood men's boutique is saying goodbye: "Thank you, WeHo, for more than 20 years! Everything in-store and online is now 50% OFF as we wind down."

The shop at 8713 Santa Monica Blvd. plans to close at the end of November, What Now Los Angeles reported Tuesday. Evan Hughes opened it in 2006, and a business partner, Steve, joined him later. What Now gave the partner's first name only, and it didn't say why the store is closing.

It has always been a small, picky operation. On its About page, the store says it hand-selects every item and has served West Hollywood "(and now the world)" since 2006. What Now says the racks lean toward independent labels rather than mainstream brands, with swimwear, underwear, jewelry and home goods mixed in.

The store sits on the boulevard near Westbourne. According to its own site, it's open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, noon to 8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday. The half-off sale applies online too.

The About page ends with a short sign-off from the two owners: "Thanks! Evan & Steve."
