Kyren Williams, the Rams' running back, scored his team's last two touchdowns Sunday, and Los Angeles came back to beat the Eagles 24-20 in Philadelphia. The win puts the Rams at 2-2, level with Philadelphia, seven days after they blew a 16-point halftime lead in Denver and lost 30-26.

Williams had his own reasons to want this one. In the divisional round in January 2025, his fumble swung a playoff game in that stadium, and he walked off the field distraught, Sports Illustrated's Rams site recalled. The Eagles won that day 28-22.

The Rams went back last September and built a 26-7 lead, then lost 33-26 on the final play, when Joshua Karty's kick was blocked and run back for a touchdown, SI noted. Philadelphia had won the last four meetings, according to Fox Sports, and the Rams' previous win in the series also came in Philadelphia, 37-19, on Sept. 20, 2020.

Philadelphia led 20-10 at halftime on a rainy afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field, and the Rams didn't get in front until roughly a minute remained, Turf Show Times reported. For a half, it looked like the Eagles' fifth straight win.

Matthew Stafford threw two interceptions before the break, the first on the opening drive, when a pass sailed over Konata Mumpfield's head. He's now been picked off in every game this season, and SI reported that's never happened to him through four weeks.

Jalen Hurts threw two touchdown passes to Darious Cooper and still finished the half under 100 passing yards, Turf Show Times reported. He did it without receiver DeVonta Smith, and with Saquon Barkley gone in the first quarter.

The finish came fast. Williams' first touchdown cut the lead to 20-17 with under five minutes left. Then kicker Harris Mevis, who'd already missed a 48-yard field goal in the first half, sent the kickoff out of bounds, handing the Eagles the ball at the 40 with the game still theirs to close, Turf Show Times reported.

The defense stopped Philadelphia on fourth down instead, and Williams scored again to put the Rams ahead for good, Turf Show Times reported. Turf Show Times counted it as Stafford's 40th career comeback.

Williams ran 16 times for 80 yards, RotoWire reported, and added 10 catches for 67 yards. His touchdowns came on runs of one and seven yards, and he led the team in catches and targets, one ahead of Puka Nacua in each.

Nacua had missed two games with a hip injury. In his first game back he caught nine passes for 125 yards, and he ran in the Rams' first touchdown himself from two yards out.

The Buffalo Bills come to Los Angeles next, on Monday Night Football, and Myles Garrett and Jaylen Watson are still out hurt.
