Los Angeles is now inside a three-year window of hosting duties that will reshape how the city moves. Engineering News-Record reports Metro officials are advancing preparations to carry riders through this year's FIFA World Cup matches, the 2027 Super Bowl, and the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
