Brodard — the Fountain Valley Vietnamese restaurant whose grilled pork spring rolls have justified a generation of freeway trips — is opening a branch at Long Beach's 2nd & PCH, with the classics plus new swings like grilled ribeye spring rolls and crispy king salmon egg rolls, via The Infatuation's 2026 openings tracker (since taken down).
